All of our styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range. If a style is sold out in your size, you can sign up for a restock alert directly on the product page and provide us with your email address. From there, you will be alerted once your size comes back.

Placing Orders

If you choose the "standard delivery" option, you do not have to pay shipping costs it is always free of charge for domestic orders. However, if you have selected "Express Delivery", you must pay the costs for each individual order for domestic orders. Furthermore, once an order has been completed in the online shop it cannot be combined with another order.

International shipping, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Once UPS marks your order Delivered, there is a limited amount that we can do. However, please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

Shipping on returns is always free of charge for domestic orders. Just use the shipping label enclosed in your package to send it back, your shipping has already been covered. For international orders, we ask that you pay for your return shipping with whatever carrier you choose.

Yes. Please go to to start your exchange process. As you move through the returns process, you will be prompted to choose between exchanging and returning your items.

Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
